Unfortunately, Post it Love does not offer this feature. You can subscribe to Post it Love's newsletter for updates. We ask all volunteers to create physical handwritten notes and mail them into the Post it Love mailbox at 9550 Spring Green Blvd 408-338 Katy TX 77494.

No, just decorate the front side of the Love Note. When Post it Love verifies your Love note they stamp the back with their signature stamp to ensure authenticity! Post it Love does not want to cover up your beautiful work.

Yes, Post it Love offers community service hours. Post it Love will be able to sign off on your hours as soon as they received your Post it Love notes. 25 Post it Love notes equal 1 volunteer hour. Post It Love's impact is incredible - just 1,000 notes can support an entire classroom for a year, and 35 notes can uplift one student's emotional well-being. In the 2024-2025 school year, we'll be in 6 Houston elementary schools, but our dream is to go national. You can help make it happen! Post it Love is expecting to support 5 elementary schools from HISD and Alief ISD in 2024-2025. We are in need of volunteers to help Post it Love support these elementary students with confidence and emotional support.

No, Love notes are only distributed during the school year due to the demand of creating love notes. During the summer time we expect to host more events and have more Postal Pals creating love notes for the upcoming year.

Each week out of the school year students will receive one love note. The school year is about 32-36 weeks long.

Postal Pals are volunteers that send in Post it Love notes. Every person that sends in Post it Love notes automatically becomes a Postal Pal. Absolutely! We encourage group efforts. Gather your friends, family, or community members, and host a Love Note-writing event. It's a fantastic way to spread kindness and make a collective impact.

Avoid including any personal information, sensitive topics, or references that may be unclear or misinterpreted. Keep the note uplifting and appropriate for children of all ages. Be sure not to include religion or politics. The Post it Love Process takes your creation straight to a child's heart. Once we receive your Post it Love notes, we carefully count each one and input them into our system, allowing you to see the impact you and other postal pals have made. After counting, your notes proceed to the verification stage. During verification, we read every note to ensure they are written on index cards, appropriate for 2nd to 5th graders, and legible for their reading level. Following this, your notes are sorted into one of three bins: good to go, modification, or do not use. In the modification step, we make sure that notes written on materials other than index cards are glued onto index cards. We use index cards because they are sturdier than standard paper, post-it notes, and card stock. We also add designs or stickers to notes that lack decorations, ensuring every student receives the same quality of note. Once a note is approved and meets the Post it Love standards, we stamp a special "Post it Love" verification stamp on the back of each good to go note. We then separate the notes based on grade level, with easier-to-read notes going to 2nd graders and more complex notes going to 5th graders. Every week, we hand-select the appropriate number of notes for each classroom from the 2nd to 5th grade containers. Finally, the notes are delivered to the designated schools and teachers, ultimately reaching the children and impacting them from within!

It is encouraged to write your first name on the Love Note so that the student feels a connection with the person who created the note for them.
